Waiver Form

Storage Waiver & Agreement

1. Storage Allocation & Access

Space Only: Embassy Truck Park provides a designated physical outdoor or undercover storage space only. This agreement represents a license to occupy the space and does not constitute a bailment.

24/7 Operations: The vehicle owner acknowledges that the site is a working truck park operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. While this ensures continuous staff presence on-site, it also involves frequent heavy vehicle movements.

2. Insurance Requirements & Liability Waiver

No Site Insurance: Embassy Truck Park does not insure any customer units, vehicles, or contents stored on-site.

Owner Insurance Mandate: The Owner warrants that the unit is fully insured under their own comprehensive policy covering damage, fire, vandalism, weather-related events, and theft. This insurance must remain active for the entire duration of the storage period.

Waiver of Liability: The Owner stores their vehicle/property entirely at their own risk. Embassy Truck Park, its directors, and employees accept zero liability for any loss, damage, or destruction of the stored unit or its contents, regardless of cause, including but not limited to fire, theft, collision, third-party actions, or severe weather.

3. Notice Period & Final Billing

Termination Notice: The Owner must provide a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to permanently removing the vehicle and terminating this storage agreement.

Final Month Billing: Regardless of the exact departure date within the termination month, final billing will be charged for the final month in its entirety. No pro-rata refunds or partial-month discounts will be issued for early departures.

4. Security & Site Measures

The Owner acknowledges that while Embassy Truck Park maintains operational security features, including CCTV monitoring, ANPR barrier entry, regular patrols, and 24/7 staffing, these measures are for overall site management and do not guarantee the absolute security of individual stored units.

5. Owner Responsibilities

Hazardous Materials: No flammable liquids, gas cylinders (unless safely isolated and turned off), explosives, or hazardous waste may be stored inside the unit.

Securing Property: The Owner is responsible for ensuring their caravan/motorhome is physically locked, fitted with appropriate wheel clamps or hitch locks, and structurally sound while on-site.

Contents: All personal items, electronics, and valuables should be removed from the vehicle prior to storage. Embassy Truck Park takes no responsibility for loose contents.
